Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Team based in our Continental Division/ Denver, Colorado

Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Denver, Colorado area.

Responsibilities:

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - SERVICE LINE: ALLIED (PCT, IMAGING, LABORATORY, PHARMACY, ETCETERA)

• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems - technologically versed

• Experience recruiting for critical, hard to fill positions with a variety of operational support or clinical areas

• Critical thinking capabilities

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - technologically versed

• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must have experience and the ability to work in a FAST-PACED, HIGH-VOLUME environment - managing 80- 100 requisitions ongoing at a time - supporting multiple hiring leaders

• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities

• A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
