The Role

The Recruiter – Early Careers & Campus is responsible for supporting client hiring managers in delivering campus and early careers hiring demand. The role ensures that all quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved while delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment service.

This position involves planning and executing campus recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience. Acting as a custodian of candidate quality, the Recruiter works closely with coordinators and leadership, to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

The role requires strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume campus hiring environment.

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including attraction, selection, and onboarding
  • Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and deliver strong candidate pipelines, ensuring high-quality shortlisting and hiring outcomes
  • Support hiring decisions, offer management, and successful candidate closures

Campus & Attraction Activities

  • Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, assessment centres, and university engagement events
  • Develop and implement attraction strategies to engage early careers talent
  • Represent the client brand effectively at external events and engagements

Stakeholder & HRBP Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction and effective communication throughout the recruitment process

Collaboration & Delivery Excellence

  • Work closely with recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, and onboarding processes
  • Partner with Team Lead, Manager, and Senior Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery

Candidate Experience

  • Act as a custodian of candidate quality and experience
  • Ensure a positive, consistent, and professional candidate journey from application through onboarding

Travel & Regional Support

  • Travel across Saudi Arabia to support recruitment activities such as campus events, career fairs, and assessment centres
  • Provide occasional support across the Middle East region (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) as required

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have

  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in early careers and campus recruitment
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (attraction, selection, onboarding)
  • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Hands-on experience with campus events, career fairs, and attraction strategies
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the Middle East
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience or knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
