Recruiter(blue colllar hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments and create job descriptions accordingly.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Negotiate salary packages and release offer letters in coordination with HR policies.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• We need candidates with blue collar hiring experience only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
