Location: Denver Metro & Northern Colorado | Company: Blueprint Skilled Services

Blueprint Skilled Services is a local Colorado company connecting skilled tradespeople with General Contractors for a variety of projects, Such as-Apartment Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Government Projects and more. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, laborers, helpers, etc.)
• Match the right people to the right job sites
• Build lasting relationships with both workers and our construction clients
• Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic office environment

What We Offer:

• Full-time schedule (options like 6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Base salary + commission (Great earning potential!)

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Some office experience is a plus-but training is provided!
• Flexibility to be on call occasionally (construction doesn't always stick to 9–5)
