Recruiting and onboarding coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations, with exceptional communication skills and a detail-oriented approach. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will facilitate seamless hiring experiences, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by attracting top talent and fostering positive employee relations.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through social media management, HR sourcing tools, and research to identify qualified talent.

· Conduct initial screening and interviewing of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with employment law regulations.

· Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, conducting employee orientation sessions, and coordinating EMR training & development programs.

· Collaborate with hiring managers on talent management strategies, including succession planning and internal recruiting initiatives.

· Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health benefits, related to employment practices while managing contracts and employee evaluation processes.

· Utilize HRIS platforms such as Paychex for maintaining accurate employee records.

· Support employee relations efforts by assisting with onboarding feedback collection and addressing new hire inquiries promptly.

· Documentation: Support comprehensive documentation of training materials, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate continuous learning and support.

· Continuous EMR training on employees who are in need whether it is a promotion, performance improvement plan, or auditing for Quality Improvement purposes.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and clinical workflows, with a proactive approach to support delivery and provide innovative ideas.

· Possess working knowledge for all applications within the program.

· Fully cycle onboarding of all Physicians after they have signed the employment contract.

· Responsible for the contents and accuracy of the personnel folder

· Other non-essential duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, and HRIS systems such as Paychex
  • Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage candidate relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews confidently while utilizing research skills for targeted candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
