What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:

Support Environmental and BS+I recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities

Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions
-
Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems
-
Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review
-
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
-
Build and maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases
-
Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs
-
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
-
Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions
-
Provide administrative support for external offer letters
-
Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation in coordination with local HR representatives
-
Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate files remain organized and compliant
-
Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested
-
Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
-
Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization
What We're Looking For:
Skills and Qualifications Required:
-
2–3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred
-
Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
-
Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries
-
Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists
-
Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes
