Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Recruiting & HR Coordinator
to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Recruiting and HR teams. This role is heavily focused on
recruiting coordination and candidate experience
, while also assisting with key HR generalist processes such as onboarding, documentation, and HR system support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple workflows behind the scenes, and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations Support

Post, update, and manage job openings across applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards

Coordinate interviews by scheduling candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones

Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline status within the ATS

Send timely candidate communications, including interview confirmations, follow-ups, and rejection notices

Support background checks and pre-employment screening coordination

Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding document collection

Track recruiting metrics and prepare basic reports (open roles, time-to-fill, pipeline health)

Support recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and employee referral tracking as needed

Perform additional recruiting support duties as assigned
HR Administrative Support

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding coordination and documentation

Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation within the HRIS
-
Support HR audits, compliance tracking, and data accuracy initiatives

Assist with benefits enrollment administration and employee follow-ups

Help prepare HR communications, forms, templates, and internal documents

Provide administrative support for training programs, compliance tasks, and policy acknowledgements

Perform other HR support duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Availability to work
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time (U.S.)

Fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams and candidates

1–3 years
of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting or HR teams

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms

Exposure to high-volume recruiting environments

Strong interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
