Who You Are:
You are a disciplined Recruiting Team Lead or Manager who has successfully led a team of 5+ recruiters in a high-performance staffing environment. You take pride in building structured, accountable teams and believe that strong process drives strong results.
You are passionate about being on-site, leading from the front, and setting the tone for work ethic, professionalism, and urgency. You enforce standards without hesitation and hold your team accountable to activity metrics, submission quality, and ATS hygiene.
You don’t shy away from difficult conversations; you embrace them. You believe policies exist to create consistency and performance, and you ensure they are followed. You operate with intensity, clarity, and high expectations both for yourself and for those you lead.
We are hiring recruiters at the associate, senior, and lead levels. Your level will be determined based on your experience, with a clear path for growth and career development outlined in collaboration with our team.
A successful Manager may have the opportunity to grow into a broader management role, potentially overseeing both the sales and recruiting teams as we continue to expand the organization.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Lead, or Account Manager with 6-10 years of professional recruiting in the technical staffing industry .

This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can move to a hybrid schedule once you’ve placed your first candidate. However, as new recruiters join the organization, you will be responsible for coming on-site during their training period. Once your team is performing, you can move to a hybrid model, which includes two (2) remote days/week.
We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In addition to a beautiful work environment, we offer full benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, and on-site gym membership. We do not offer a relocation package at this time. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of our office.
Compensation Package: We are hiring recruiters at various levels, with a total compensation package of $100,000-$150,000 (base salary and uncapped commissions). Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and how the candidate scores during each step of the interview process. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
