Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to identify job requirements and qualifications for open positions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to advertise job openings and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate the selection process, ensuring effective communication and feedback between all parties involved.
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Participate in employer branding activities, promoting Talladega Health and Rehab as an employer of choice.
• Complete drug screenings for new applicants

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist, with a track record of successful placements.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• A passion for talent acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience.
