Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fresh Air Home Services is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter with a strong background in candidate sourcing and outreach to drive hiring across multiple roles within the company.

This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying, reaching out to, and engaging qualified candidates rather than simply reviewing inbound applications. The recruiter will actively source talent through job boards, outreach efforts, and professional networks while managing the early stages of the hiring process.

You will work closely with HR and leadership to ensure that only qualified, well-vetted candidates move forward to final interviews.

The recruiter typically manages 3–5 active roles simultaneously, maintaining organized candidate pipelines and ensuring consistent talent flow for open positions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Post, update, and manage job listings across multiple hiring platforms
  • Review incoming applications and identify candidates that meet role qualifications
  • Conduct structured pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidate experience and fit
  • Reach out to passive candidates who match open role requirements
  • Assign and track role-specific assessments when required
  • Prepare brief candidate summaries for leadership review
  • Forward only vetted and qualified candidates for final interviews
  • Maintain active pipelines for 3–5 open roles at a time
  • Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process

Platform & Pipeline Management

  • Manage candidate activity across job boards and outreach platforms
  • Track candidate progress from application → outreach → pre-screen → leadership review
  • Maintain organized candidate records and documentation
  • Update and maintain the company’s Google Sheets–based ATS tracker
  • Ensure candidate notes, assessments, and documentation remain current and accessible
  • Monitor hiring pipelines to ensure consistent candidate flow for open roles

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field required
  • Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networks, or direct outreach
  • Strong ability to evaluate resumes and match candidates to role requirements
  • Comfortable conducting structured pre-screen interviews
  • Excellent communication and professional phone presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, job board platforms, and candidate tracking tools

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
