Recruitment Advisor

Global Study UK is an educational consultancy based in London, United Kingdom. We have 7 offices in Egypt, located in CityStars, Maadi, Cairo Festival City, 6th October, Zamalek, Sheraton and Alexandria, twenty offices in seven countries – Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, the UAE, Bahrain, Algeria and the UK.

Main Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual with strong sales skills who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. You will join a dynamic international team and play a key role in converting enquiries from prospective students interested in studying in the UK into successful enrolments at our partner universities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students and provide prompt responses to enquiries.
  • Manage and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Use and maintain CRM systems (knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential).
  • Advise and match students with suitable study options based on their academic background.
  • Building up relationship with in-country agencies and managing the potential candidates by tracking their eligibility according to UKVI regulations and making sure they are complained with GSUK requirements
  • Process, manage and follow up on student applications.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth application processing.
  • Develop an understanding of entry requirements for international students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Attend student recruitment events, including potential overseas travel.
  • Potential for overseas travel, for example student recruitment events.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with sales, customer service, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and manage their workload effectively.
  • Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have previous sales experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
