Recruitment and Onboarding Officer

Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Administer employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal company policies.
  • Assist with performance management, training, and employee development programs.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
  • Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide HR support to management to help resolve issues and enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Qatar Labor Law.
  • Experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant HR certification or a degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
