Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Administer employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Assist with performance management, training, and employee development programs.
- Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR support to management to help resolve issues and enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Qatar Labor Law.
- Experience in employee benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant HR certification or a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Must be available to join immediately.
