Ardent Advisory is a Bahrain-based recruitment and advisory startup working closely with clients across the GCC. As demand from our clients continues to grow, we are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated fresh graduate or recent graduate to join us as a Recruitment Associate.

This is a hands-on role offering real exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, direct mentorship from the founder, and the opportunity to grow quickly within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Associate, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from market research and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and client communication. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment, consulting, human capital, or business advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
• Support market mapping and talent research for client roles
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records
• Support client briefs and recruitment reporting
• Assist with business development research when required

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate (0–2 years experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
• Professional, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
