We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for various functions within the organization. Alongside recruitment responsibilities, you will also support HR operations by providing essential assistance to both employees and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and clients, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, referrals, and talent networks.
- Conduct and coordinate recruitment events, walk-ins, and mass-hiring initiatives when required.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop clear candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Enhance the efficiency of the hiring process through creative sourcing strategies and process improvements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and follow-through with department heads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports, providing insights and data to the management team.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Provide day-to-day HR support, addressing employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support employee relations by promoting a positive work culture and assisting in resolving workplace concerns.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Support employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and modern hiring platforms.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
