Senior HR Manager- Leading Media Group

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our growing media company. This role requires someone who can lead with clarity, structure, and confidence, while supporting a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with company objectives.
• Partner closely with department heads to support workforce planning and organisational development.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across creative, marketing, production, and operational teams.
• Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and conflict resolution when required.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labour laws and all regulatory requirements.
• Drive training, development, and performance review cycles to elevate team capability.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, contributing to company culture and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice and Bahrain labour law.
• Proven experience in fast-paced industries such as media, creative, marketing, or similar environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to implement structured processes in an evolving organisation.
• HR certifications or relevant qualifications are an advantage.
