Recruitment Associate - North America Logistics (Amazon Account)

Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo / 6th of October, Egypt

About the Role:

In this role, you will not be dealing with customers. Instead, you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring delivery personnel across the USA. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial English-language interviews with potential delivery partners in the US.

On boarding Coordination: Guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring all documentation and background checks are initiated.

Decision Making: Evaluate candidate profiles based on US-specific logistics requirements.

Process Management: Update internal databases (CRM) to track the progress of the US delivery fleet.

Support: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout their hiring journey.
