Recruitment Consultant

We're hiring for our Energy & Infrastructure team. We're looking for experienced consultants (both delivery and 360) to join our growing team. Anyone with experience from 6 months+ experience (180 to principal level).

Grow and expand your own desk, or support already existing client relationships.

Take ownership and accountability for your direction, strategy, and billings.

Duties:

• Candidate & contractor mapping across various geographies.
• Understand various international payroll solutions and be able to consult and advise both clients and candidates.
• Strong negotiation and business development work.
• Grow and expand clients into accounts, with the ability to do so internationally.
• Confidence in consulting; we partner with our stakeholders, and finding the best solution for them should always be advised.

Essential:

• Experience in technical industries such as construction, technology, pharma, etc.
• Proven success stories and testimonials working with clients in these industries.
• Great communicator (fluent in English) and self-driven.

Desirable:

• Exposure to both consulting/contract work and permanent recruitment.
• Worked within the clean energy, construction, and data center industries.
• Worked on projects on a national and international scale.
• Proven in multi-industries.
