What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing top talent using creative and out-of-the-box strategies.
• Screening candidates and managing pipelines for high-profile clients.
• Ensuring smooth recruitment processes by keeping our ATS up to date.
• Coordinating interviews & supporting onboarding, making sure everything runs seamlessly.
• Representing Edari with professionalism, working directly with some of the most prestigious companies in the UAE.

• Previous recruitment experience will be an advantage
• A team player who enjoys working with top clients and candidates.
