About the Role:
As a Recruitment specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment — from understanding manpower needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring we build high-performing, culture-aligned teams across all departments.
Key Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs • Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, and events • Draft compelling job descriptions and screening tools • Conduct interviews and assessments across levels • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics • Organize and attend career fairs and hiring events • Build a talent pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate journey
What We’re Looking For • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience • 1-2 years in real estate hiring (essential) • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred • Proven success sourcing via LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent, etc. • Skilled in interview techniques, ATS systems, and candidate experience • Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
