Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the complete 360° recruitment cycle, along with business development and revenue generation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – client onboarding, requirement understanding, sourcing, interviewing, and placement closure
• Identifying and onboarding new clients across various industries and markets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Understanding client hiring needs and delivering suitable recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple roles and sectors
• Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process until successful onboarding
• Driving revenue through placements, client acquisition, and business development
• Exploring new markets and expanding business opportunities globally
• Developing and managing international partner networks (agents, associates, recruiters)
• Maintaining accurate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Achieving monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements

• Open to freshers and experienced candidates (recruitment/sales experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
