Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-level Talent Manager / Business Development Manager who can build strong teams while identifying and executing growth opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing recruitment, partnerships, and revenue-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

• Lead recruitment strategy and hiring processes across departments
• Identify and attract top talent aligned with company growth
• Oversee onboarding, performance tracking, and employee development
• Strengthen HR processes, policies, and organizational structure
• Coordinate with department heads to meet workforce requirements

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B channels
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market presence
• Build relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Leadership & Strategy:

• Align talent strategy with business expansion plans
• Support senior management in decision-making and growth initiatives
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across HR and BD functions

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Business Development, or similar roles
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Proven experience in hiring and/or driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Preferred Background:

• Experience in UAE/GCC market
• Background in recruitment, HR, sales, or partnerships
• Experience in startups or growing companies
