A Recruitment Consultant is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in suitable job roles for client organizations. They act as a bridge between employers and job seekers, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
