Recruitment Consultant - HR

Mackenzie Jones is a leading recruitment consultancy who have been based in the region since 2006; we pride ourselves on the outstanding service we provide to our candidates and clients, as well as our honest and transparent advice. We work with clients and candidates across the Middle East, Levant and Africa and are now looking to expand our team with a Consultant who specialises in recruiting HR positions.

As an HR consultant you will play an integral role in the business and be involved in managing clients and candidates across the region. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will also be dealing with senior decision makers inside multinational, local and startup businesses. HR is crucial to Mackenzie Jones and is often the lynchpin between our clients and recruitment teams. Relationship building is key to the role and we are often seen by our clients and candidates as the best source of information, advice and guidance.

To be suitable for this role is essential that you have experience working the Middle East as a recruitment consultant. You will be a relationship builder at heart and enjoy being on the phone and meeting candidates. The HR business is an integral division which filters a large amount of work into the organisation, so it is essential that you are able to build strong relationships and provide advice. Business development will be one of your key strengths and an interest in HR would be advantageous. It is not essential that you have recruited HR positions before, as training and knowledge around the roles can be provided.
