Designation - Non IT - Consultant / Senior Consultant.

Salary Range - Upto 6LPA Fixed (Market standard hike on Current CTC) + IncentivesWork Days - 5 (Monday to Friday)

Work Mode - Work from Office.Work timings - 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.Work Location - Borivali West / Kandivali West / Malad West.

Ideal Candidate -

• Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA with excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment (Lateral Hiring).
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry-specific hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities -

• Understand job requirements & source top talent
• Conduct pre-screening & manage candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews & ensure smooth placements
• Build strong client relationships & deliver hiring solutions
• (For Team Leaders) Lead & mentor a team to achieve recruitment goals
