Recruitment Consultant with Calling Expertise

We are expanding our UK Recruitment team and are looking for a confident Recruitment Consultant with Calling Expertise who can engage candidates, companies and close recruitment opportunities.

Job Details

Location: Remote
Shift Timing: 3 Hours each Day / Evening 5 PM to 8 PM Pak Time i.e (12pm to 3 Pm UK time)
Job Type: Part-Time (7 Days a Week Monday to Sunday) / 90 hours in a Month (30 Days AVG)
Campaign: UK Based Recruitment

Salary & Benefits

Salary: PKR 30K to 40K per month (based on experience) + 30 K Commission on each Closing

Growth Opportunity: Salary can increase up to PKR 100,000 within the first year based on performance, discipline, and work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Business opportunities by calls to potential clients and candidates for UK recruitment campaigns
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess suitability
• Present job opportunities and persuade candidates to apply or onboard
• Handle objections confidently and close recruitment deals
• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate pipelines, and performance records
• Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Cold Caller or Outbound Sales Agent
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Experience in UK based or international campaigns is a strong plus
