Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status and challenges.
  • Support onboarding processes and liaise with HR to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or similar HR role, preferably within the service or management industries.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
