Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines through ATS/HR systems
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure completion of Pre Onboarding & onboarding documentation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with HR policies and company procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years of recruitment in Qatar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong command of English (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP (SAP)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies
