Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines through ATS/HR systems
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure completion of Pre Onboarding & onboarding documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with HR policies and company procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of recruitment in Qatar
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong command of English (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP (SAP)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies
