Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate scheduling
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Communicate with candidates via email and phone throughout the hiring process
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment documentation
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks and recruitment reporting
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
