The Role

To provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to their area of responsibility.

We are currently hiring a Coordinator - Recruitment Administration to support our client in the Aviation industry.

This is a hybrid role working 1 day per week if based in Cleveland and if based in Atlanta, it will be onsite at the client site as needed.

OR Remote role if based in Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Florida and New York City.

What you’ll be doing

  • Oversees account-specific administration activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, applicant tracking system updates, and pre-employment screening or reference checks initiation or verification
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
  • Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team

  • We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $41,990 USD – $55,300 USD, plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
