Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic International Recruitment Executive who brings a level of motivation, curiosity, and passion for collaboration. You will be responsible for sourcing, Screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.

Core Responsibilities:
· Understand the job descriptions of assigned position thoroughly with complete information of timeline
· Source potential candidates on different platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media Groups and etc.
· Search relevant candidates from Canada through all available sources.
· Approach the required consultants/candidates and increasing the pool of candidates.
· Maintain the internal database properly.
· Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
· Conduct technical interview, negotiation on rate/compensation and location preferences with potential consultants/candidates, and finalize terms & conditions with them.
· Preference would be given to the candidate having prior experience with the UK market.
To Qualify You Will Need:
· Must be comfortable in timings from 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM
· Proven work experience (minimum 06 months) as a Recruiter.
· A positive “can-do” approach, resilience, with strong organization skills.
· Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and VOIP structured)
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search skills/techniques)
· Fluent English- writing and verbal.
· Global recruiting experience - advantage.
