We are recruiting a Recruitment Executive for one of our clients, a leading automobile company based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with operations and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews for shortlisted drivers.
  • Verify candidate eligibility, including driving license validity, experience, and background requirements.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Handle the onboarding process for newly hired candidates, including orientation and joining formalities.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation such as driving licenses, passports, visas, Emirates ID, and other employment records.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements and company policies are fulfilled before deployment.
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth mobilization of candidates.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates using Microsoft Excel.
  • Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in driver or blue collar workforce hiring.
  • Experience handling onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
