Recruitment Executive - Blue Collar

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the construction industry, and will be responsible for fulfilling manpower needs across various departments and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, including site, office, and support positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, professional sourcing sites ( Naukrigulf, Indeed and Linkedin), internal databases, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews, schedule technical assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within a construction or contracting company in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple vacancies efficiently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
