Job Overview:

ATU Logistics is seeking a talented and proactive Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support talent acquisition functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various departments, especially roles in logistics, operations, dispatching, customer support, and sales. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all company positions including logistics staff, call center agents, dispatchers, sales representatives, and administrative roles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, talent databases, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand roles within ATU Logistics.
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on recruitment portals and social platforms.
  • Conduct background checks, verify documents, and manage pre-employment formalities.
  • Assist with onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and coordination with HR operations.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance tracking, and policy implementation as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or hiring for logistics/BPO/call center roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interviewing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage high-volume recruitment.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience hiring for logistics operations, dispatching teams, outbound sales, customer support, warehouse staff, or BPO campaigns.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics, talent assessment techniques, and HR documentation.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
