Designation: Recruitment Executive - (Nurses Recruitment)

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for nursing positions across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and nursing experience.
• Coordinate with hospitals/healthcare clients regarding job requirements and interview schedules.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Guide candidates through documentation, medicals, licensing, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure timely closures of nursing vacancies based on client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and healthcare clients for smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hindi fluency mandatory for communication with candidates.
• 1–2 years of experience in nurse or healthcare recruitment (preferred).
• Knowledge of clinical job roles, nursing departments, and hospital staffing needs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
