ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Recruitment Executive to own full-cycle hiring across multiple departments at a growing IT company. You will manage 3 to 6 active roles simultaneously across technical, non-technical, sales, operations, and support functions — with direct access to senior leadership and a clear path to Senior Recruitment Specialist.

This role is designed for someone with 1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience who is ready to own a hiring desk, not just assist one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the complete hiring process from job brief to offer acceptance. Manage 3 to 6 active roles simultaneously across multiple departments and role types. Source candidates actively through LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee.pk using Boolean search and direct outreach. Build talent pipelines for recurring role types. Conduct structured phone and video screenings daily. Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and communicate feedback efficiently. Maintain a clean and updated recruitment tracker at all times. Submit weekly pipeline reports covering open roles, sourcing channels, and time-to-fill metrics.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in any industry. Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Comfortable sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, or Rozee.pk. Strong English communication — written and verbal. Full availability for 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Saturday, on-site in Karachi.

Preferred: Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques. Background in agency recruitment. Basic knowledge of any ATS or recruitment CRM.
