Recruitment & HR Intern ( Night Shift)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment & HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and human resource functions. This internship provides hands-on experience and a pathway to a full-time role based on performance.
Note : This Position is Valid only for Females

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate evaluations
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Support onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
