Eligibility Requirements:

• Prior experience with a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) firm.
• Proven recruitment experience for Gulf countries and other international markets worldwide.

Job Description:
The Recruitment Executive will manage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations, focusing on sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates in compliance with OEP and international regulations. This role is operational and recruitment-focused, not sales-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting as per employer criteria.
• Coordination with foreign employers and international clients.
• Documentation verification including passports, visas, medicals, and contracts.
• End-to-end recruitment cycle management from sourcing to deployment.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases.
• Market understanding of Gulf and global manpower demands.
• Liaison with Protectorate, medical centers, and relevant authorities.
• Pre-departure briefing and candidate orientation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Compliance knowledge of OEP rules and overseas recruitment laws.
• Cross-cultural communication skills.
• Gulf region recruitment expertise (mandatory).
• International recruitment exposure beyond the Gulf region.
• Interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–4 years of hands-on experience in overseas recruitment with an OEP firm.

Reporting To:

• Recruitment Manager / Operations Head

Commission will be applicable after successful completion of the three-month probation period

Note:
This position is strictly recruitment and operations based and is distinct from sales or marketing roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
