Job Title: HR Executive

Salary Range: Competitive Salary

Education: BBA-HR/ MBA-HR or relevant field

Experience: 4+ years of experience

Job Description

  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Maintain employee documentation and update HRMS.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as in HR (preferably in construction sector)
  • Understanding of recruitment, payroll, HRMS, human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office & HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BBA-HR/ MBA-HR or relevant field.
  • Additional HR training/ certification will be a plus
