Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
• Support HR operations, documentation, and record management.
• Help in employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee data and HR files.
• Support in HR projects and daily administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BBA (HR) / MBA (HR) preferred.
• Fresh graduates or students in final semester are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
