Position: HR Intern
Job Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ( Mon - fri)
Location: G-5/2, Islamabad
Duration: 3 Months - Extendable (not leading to job)
Stipend: 40,000/- per month
Job Description:

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
-
Screen resumes and schedule interviews, assist in preparing new hire documentation and contracts, maintain and update employee files in both digital and physical formats, participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, audit of employee files

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry

Assist with creating and managing HR reports and spreadsheets

Support the team in handling employee queries

Any other task assigned by th Manager
Requirements
Education & Skills:
-
Bachelors in Human Resources or related field

Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
-
Personnel Management expertise
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan is a plus
Skillset required: Communication, Attention to details, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving
