HR Intern (Paid Internship)

Wolfiz Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team for a 6-month paid internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and offer practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

The intern will work closely with the HR department and gain valuable training in day-to-day HR activities and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports and maintain attendance records.
• Conduct exit employee file audits to ensure documentation completeness.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support the recruitment cycle by contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
• Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and employee documentation as required.
• Monitor and post employee birthday and work anniversary celebrations on internal platforms.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in the HRIS system.
• Provide support in daily HR operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final semester (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources

Important Note

This is a 6-month paid internship program intended for learning and professional exposure. The internship may lead to permanent employment after completion depending on the performance on the selected individual.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
