Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling).
• Manage and update job postings across platforms.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire experience.
• Help prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters.
• Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business, HR, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
