Job Description:
Join our innovative Human Resources team as an AI HR Researcher, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way we utilize AI to enhance HR processes and strategies. As our AI HR Researcher, you will work onsite to explore, design, and implement advanced AI-driven solutions that elevate our HR capabilities, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies and their applications within HR functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR challenges and develop AI solutions that address these needs.
Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into existing HR systems, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that inform HR strategies and improve employee experiences.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and Product outcomes to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI and HR to ensure our company maintains a competitive edge.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Computer science, AI or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR research or a related role with a focus on AI applications.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with AI frameworks and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical HR solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Technical Skills:
Experience with AI frameworks and tools.
Strong data analysis skills.
Familiarity with HR systems and the integration of AI tools.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
