Hiring: Recruitment Intern (Remote – Bangalore)

Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Location: Remote (Bangalore)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our HR team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition or HR, gain hands-on experience, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through various job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in preparing interview feedback and documentation
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status
• Support general recruitment and HR operations as needed

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Laptop and reliable internet connection (mandatory)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• High level of motivation and a keen interest in recruitment and HR processes
• Prior experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
