We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and contributing to various recruitment initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and develop strong HR skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Source and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings under the guidance of the HR team
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in conducting reference checks and document verification
- Assist in onboarding procedures for new hires
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment drives when required
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding activities
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
