    As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our experienced recruitment team and learn how to identify, engage, and onboard top talent for our growing organization. This internship is ideal for freshers or final-year students eager to explore a career in Talent Acquisition or HR. Successful interns may be offered a full-time position at the end of the program.

    Key Responsibilities
    Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
    Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
    Conduct initial HR screening calls Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
    Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives

    What You’ll Learn
    Full recruitment lifecycle and best practices
    Candidate sourcing techniques and screening strategies
    Interview scheduling and stakeholder management
    Use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
    Professional communication and reporting

    Eligibility Criteria
    Fresh graduates or final-year students (Any discipline welcome)
    Good communication skills (verbal & written) Interest in IT/Non-IT recruitment is an added advantage
    Eagerness to learn, adapt, and perform in a fast-paced environment
