Recruitment Intern (Digital & Tech)

We are a leading recruitment agency based here in Dubai since 2010, handling Digital, Tech, Consulting, Luxury retail and FMCG sectors across MENA.

Recruitment Intern: 4 month internship and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

We are looking for a passionate and driven professional who thrives in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest service levels to meet our client and candidates requirements. You will be supporting our recruitment/sales efforts and play a key strategic role during this time of exciting transformation.

This position is a resourcing and consultative driven role with the key functionality to identify passive candidates and manage the full recruitment cycle for permanent vacancies within a variety of industries.

• Sourcing and headhunting talent locally, regionally, and globally for core and niche functional roles at various levels - from junior to MD.
• Responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro-active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising.
• Placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI's within this results-orientated business.

Requirements

• Any prior work/internship experience in sales or service-oriented business
• Must be based in the UAE
• Superior analytical and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly
• Self-directed with a strong drive for results
• Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
