Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring plans, and ensure timely closures.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with internal policies, CBE guidelines, and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate and support interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates).
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors for assigned roles.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and basic CBE recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
