We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, ideal for a professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and ready to contribute to our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will lead our recruitment function, developing and executing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent that will drive the company's success.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes to support the organisation's hiring needs.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct headhunting, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for senior and critical roles, ensuring a high standard of selection.
• Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to senior management.
• Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labour laws and company policies.
• Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to ensure our talent acquisition strategy remains competitive.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Head of Talent Acquisition, or in a similar senior recruitment role.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) would be a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
