Role: Recruitment Manager (Remote / Freelance)
We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a remote team of recruiters and ensure high-quality placements for our call center clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of recruiters, including team leaders.
• Set hiring targets and ensure monthly goals are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain high standards of recruitment quality.
• Build candidate pipelines for multiple languages and accounts.
• Report performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in call center recruitment or BPO hiring.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• English level B2 or above.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance setup.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based: 20% commission from your unit’s revenue.
• 100% Remote / Freelance with flexible working hours (approximately 4–5 hours daily).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
